Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Revium Systems, a Real Estate Conversion Systems Agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. By creating a client account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Revium Systems provides custom WhatsApp AI lead qualification systems exclusively for real estate agencies. Our services include:

• AI-powered WhatsApp lead qualification and tagging (Hot/Warm/Cold)
• Automated agent routing for hot leads
• Viewing booking automation via WhatsApp
• Automated follow-up message sequences
• Lead pipeline dashboard and reporting

2. Eligibility

Our services are exclusively available to registered real estate agencies operating in Nigeria, specifically those with an active WhatsApp Business presence and between 3–20 agents. We reserve the right to refuse service to businesses outside this scope.

3. Engagement Phases & Payments

Our services operate across three phases:

• Phase 1 — Free Audit: A complimentary Lead Leakage Audit. No payment required.
• Phase 2 — Setup: A one-time setup fee for custom system implementation. Payment is due before system build begins.
• Phase 3 — Monthly Retainer: Optional ongoing support. Billed monthly, cancellable with 30 days' notice.

All payments are non-refundable once implementation work has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate agency and WhatsApp account information
• Ensure your WhatsApp Business line complies with Meta's terms of service
• Do not use the system to send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Maintain confidentiality of your client portal login credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account

5. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

You acknowledge that our system operates via the WhatsApp messaging platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Meta's Business and Commerce Policies. Revium Systems is not liable for account suspension by Meta resulting from your use of our system.

6. AI & Data Accuracy

Our AI qualification system is designed to assist your team, not replace human judgment. Lead qualification data extracted by AI should be verified by your agents before acting on high-value transactions. Revium Systems does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated lead scores.

7. Limitation of Liability

Revium Systems shall not be liable for any lost deals, missed commissions, or business losses resulting from system downtime, AI errors, or WhatsApp service interruptions. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, access to the client portal will be revoked and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
