Agency Contact Information: Business name, email address, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, and team details provided during onboarding.
Buyer Enquiry Data: Conversation data from WhatsApp interactions, including qualification data (budget, timeline, location, payment method) collected by our AI system on behalf of your agency.
Usage Data: How you interact with the client portal dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and deliver the WhatsApp AI lead qualification system for your agency
To send you lead alerts, viewing booking confirmations, and system notifications
To generate pipeline reports and performance analytics in your dashboard
To improve and maintain our AI qualification algorithms
To contact you regarding your engagement phase or service updates

3. WhatsApp & Buyer Data

Our system interacts with property buyers on your behalf via WhatsApp. Buyer data collected (name, phone number, qualification details) is stored securely and is only accessible to your authorised agency team through your client portal. We do not sell buyer data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect all data. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. API access is secured using JWT authentication. Database connections are encrypted in transit.

5. Data Retention

Conversation and lead data is retained for the duration of your engagement with Revium Systems. Upon termination of services, you may request complete deletion of your agency's data by contacting us on WhatsApp.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Groq AI to power our lead qualification responses. Conversation data may be processed by Groq's API under their data processing terms. We do not use this data for any purpose other than generating responses on behalf of your agency.
