Comprehensive User Documentation

Welcome to your complete Lead-to-Revenue infrastructure guide. Below is a detailed breakdown of every page in your dashboard and how to utilize all available features.

1. Main Dashboard (index.html)

The Main Dashboard is your command center. It provides a high-level, real-time snapshot of your revenue infrastructure health and lead qualification volume.

  • KPI Stats Grid: View total Hot Leads (ready to buy), Warm Leads (in qualification), Viewings Booked, and overall AI activity metrics.
  • Mini Pipeline Board: A quick preview of the leads currently categorized by your AI as Hot, Warm, or Cold.
  • Recent Enquiries: A table showing the 8 most recent incoming WhatsApp conversations, their budget, location preferences, and assigned lead stage.

2. Lead Inbox (inbox.html)

The Lead Inbox is where you monitor live conversations between buyers and your AI, and take over when human intervention is required.

  • Live Chat Monitoring: Watch automated qualification conversations unfold in real-time.
  • Escalate to Human: When a lead is marked "Hot", an "Escalate" button appears. Clicking this alerts your human sales agents to take over the chat.
  • AI Reply Suggestion: While replying manually, click the sparkle icon () to have the AI generate a professional, context-aware reply based on the chat history.
  • Book Viewings: Use the right-hand panel to lock in a viewing date and address. This officially books the viewing in the system.
  • Edit Qualification Data: If you uncover new information (like a higher budget), you can manually update the lead's Budget, Timeline, or Stage in the right-hand panel and click "Save Details".

3. Lead Pipeline (leads.html)

A visual Kanban-style board that helps your sales team focus strictly on leads that are most likely to close.

  • Hot Leads Column: Buyers who have explicitly stated their budget, timeline, and requested a viewing or purchase details.
  • Warm Leads Column: Buyers currently answering qualification questions but haven't committed to a next step.
  • Cold Column: Tyre-kickers or unresponsive contacts.
  • Action: Clicking any lead card instantly redirects you to their specific conversation in the Lead Inbox.

4. CRM Contacts & Campaigns (crm.html)

Your CRM acts as the long-term database for all leads, equipped with powerful follow-up and marketing tools.

  • Contacts Database (Tab 1): View all past and present leads. You can manually add new contacts, delete outdated ones, or export your entire list to a CSV file for external marketing.
  • WhatsApp Campaigns (Tab 2): Launch bulk follow-up campaigns. Select a target audience (e.g., "Warm Leads"), type a message, and dispatch it to re-engage dead leads automatically.
  • Property Flyers (Tab 3): A built-in generator for WhatsApp Status updates. Enter a property title, price, location, and key features to instantly generate a beautifully formatted, emoji-rich text flyer. Click "Copy" to instantly paste it to your WhatsApp Status.
★ Campaign Strategy Tip

Use the "WhatsApp Campaigns" tab every Friday to blast new property listings specifically to leads tagged as "Warm" to push them into booking a weekend viewing.

5. AI Systems & Settings (chatbots.html & bot-settings.html)

This is the brain of your operation. Manage your automated AI agents that handle WhatsApp enquiries 24/7.

  • Connecting WhatsApp: On `chatbots.html`, click "Connect WhatsApp" and scan the generated QR code with your WhatsApp Business app to link the AI to your phone number.
  • Personality & Tone: In `bot-settings.html`, configure whether your AI sounds "Professional & Formal" or "Friendly & Casual", and set its default language (e.g., English & Pidgin).
  • AI Constraints (Temperature): Adjust the slider to make the AI highly predictable (good for strict data collection) or highly creative (good for conversational engagement).
  • FAQs & Knowledge Base: Add Frequently Asked Questions so your AI knows exactly how to answer common queries like "Where is your office?" or "Do you offer mortgage plans?".

6. Properties List (properties.html)

Manage your real estate catalog directly within Revium Systems. Your AI references this internal database to recommend available properties to buyers based on their stated budget.

  • Manage Listings: Add properties with detailed specs (Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Sqft).
  • Pricing & Status: Update the price tag and toggle the status between "Available" and "Sold". (Note: The AI will never recommend a Sold property to a new lead).
★ Data Sync Tip

Always keep your property list updated. The AI dynamically reads this table during live chats to answer questions like "Do you have any 3-bedroom apartments under ₦150M?".

7. Agency Settings (settings.html)

Manage your agency profile, billing, and team access.

  • Agency Profile: Update your Business Name, Contact Email, and Contact Phone.
  • Security: Update your dashboard login password.
  • Team Size Configuration: Specify the number of human agents in your agency to ensure the system allocates enough routing bandwidth.
